Get your big fashion career break in Fashion

Venus has joined forces with industry leaders to launch the Venus Fashion Goddess Programme

We know students like a break from the monotony of lectures and coursework so that’s why Venus has joined forces with industry leaders to launch the Venus Fashion Goddess Programme, which gives budding fashion writers and presenters the opportunity to write for some of the industry’s top magazines, or present for a leading online fashion channel. So if you’re a student who loves reading fashion blogs in between lectures or even happen to write your own fashion content when term time is over, we want to hear from you!

The winning students will get the chance to write their own style column for Cosmopolitan, Company, Reveal or, or try out their scriptwriting and presenting skills for at London Fashion Week. Each winner will have the opportunity to meet celebrity style crush, fashion designer and Venus Goddess ambassador Whitney Port, and ask her for tips and advice on the fashion industry – that's a prize the student loan can’t buy!

And if all that wasn’t enough, each winner will also receive a bursary to help further their career in the wonderful world of fashion once they’ve finished their current university studies. Sounds good, right? Then get creative and get applying - we can't wait to see what you come up with!

The entries will be judged by an expert panel of fashion mentors:

•    Whitney Port, fashion designer, TV presenter and star of The City, she started her career interning at US fashion magazines
•    Jo Busby, production coordinator, she coordinates production for the fashion channels at
•    Natalie Wall, online fashion editor, she has years of experience in the fashion industry from stylist to buyer, blogger and writer

To enter and apply, upload an illustration, styled selfie OR two-minute video clip to facebook  telling us: What will be the hottest Goddess trend for Spring/Summer 2014? The first 100 entries will receive a free Venus & Olay razor.
