Business Technology Placement Programme
Our placement programme is designed to give you training and development in the Business Analysis area
On our Business Technology Placement programme you will have unique opportunities to truly partner with people and teams across the business, not just sit behind a monitor. As an ambassador for IT, you'll be involved in our growth and helping to improve our effectiveness as the team continues to make a real difference and impact.
Our placement programme is designed to give you training and development in the Business Analysis area, an insight into the all other areas of IT and an understanding of our unique off price business model. By partnering with people across our business you will develop a broad set of skills such as business analysis and process improvement. You will also gain an understanding of whether IT Retail at TJX is a good fit for you.
The Business Technology Placement Programme will start in July 2014 and will be based in our Watford Head Office. We recruit on a rolling basis so we encourage you to complete your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Candidates should have indefinite right to work in the UK at the time of application as we are unable to sponsor any visa applications.
The placements we’re looking for will be innovative, thinking outside the box to find solutions and taking a broad viewpoint to reflect the scope of our business. Drive, focus and a high energy level are essential. Our business changes all the time so you’ll be motivated by the challenges this presents and able to handle the ambiguity. Building strong relationships are an integral part of our corporate culture; you’ll collaborate with your merchandising team, as well as other business partners. We will consider applications from all Bachelor’s degree disciplines that require students to complete a 12-month Industrial Placement as part of your degree.
