Redrow’s investment in nurturing young talent includes structured programmes for post-graduates and under-graduates who are seeking a career in the construction industry. Both schemes provide opportunities for candidates to put into practice the knowledge and understanding they have gleaned through their academic studies.

Our graduate training programme due to commence again in September 2014 is an intensive 15 month program of intense training which will include exposure to key areas of our business, such as Sales, Build, Commercial, Land and Technical. Throughout the program you’ll have early responsibility, clear objectives and be closely mentored by one of our Divisional Managing Directors to ensure you are achieving your maximum potential with a view to early progression to a management role in our organisation.

The programme combines training, evidence gathering, project work and demonstration of competence. The graduates also come together to work on challenges and community initiatives designed to test their ability to work as a team, as well as their communication, planning, coordination and practical skills. We hope that successful graduates will remain with Redrow for many years to come.
