WHAT TO EXPECT
We are looking to appoint a talented Lead Systems Engineer to support the full vehicle integration process for our Cross-Domain Feature Team. This opportunity will support a specific group of complex customer features that require multiple ECU software products across two or more Technical Domains.
This opportuity is very Systems Engineering Led giving you the exposure to innovation of our current and future luxury vehicles.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to ensure timely delivery of complex features into programmes, identifying and removing any roadblocks that may prevent success;
• Work with Technical Domains/delivery areas to align feature delivery timelines with programme milestones, gain alignment of targets within PIs and sprint planning across all dependency areas;
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You'll come to this role with sound systems engineering integration and delivery experience of complex electrical, electromechanical or software systems, along with an understanding of key vehicle systems integration and whole vehicle systems engineering and a thorough understanding of Systems Engineering Processes applied to vehicle features and software
It goes without saying that as this is a Lead role, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of influencing others at leadership level within projects.
