You will be joining a multi-skilled Fleet & Business department, responsible for the development of core sales channels including National Key Accounts, Small & Medium Enterprises, Contract Hire & Leasing, Public Sector, Diplomatic and Rental. It is crucial for the successful candidate to have strong communication and negotiation skills and have an innovative mindset.


The successful candidate will need to have strong Business Acumen, a passion to achieve results, strong communication and integrity, with a deep understanding of the Fleet & Business market in the UK.




The focus of the role will be to manage and develop the Jaguar Land Rover Fleet & Business Centre Programme, implementing actions that support sales and retention of Key Account and SME customers via our specialist network of Fleet and Business Centres. Within this role you will measure, monitor, and report Retailer performance against defined Fleet & Business Centre Programme KPIs, identifying coaching requirements and opportunities to maximise Fleet & Business sales development and customer retention. You will be acting as the central point of contact for the Fleet & Business Centre Programme and represent Retailers within the UK NSC, while working closely with the dedicated Diplomatic sales retailer to optimise sales through this channel.


Knowledge, skills and experience


  • A deep understanding of the Fleet & Business market in UK, including fiscal policy and Contract Hire & Leasing
  • Business Acumen, a passion to achieve results, strong communication and integrity are essential attributes
  • Knowledge and experience of the fleet and leasing industry and UK company car fiscal policy
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise activities to achieve objectives through seamless operational delivery
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel frequently and extensively
  • Numeracy & Analysis
  • Sales forecasting



  • Fleet & Business sales experience within a retailer environment
  • Degree
