What To Expect
As a business transformation planner in powertrain engineering, you will work with the business transformation manager and senior managers to plan and coordinate the delivery of transformation and agile workstreams. You will be required to use your own initiative to support standardisation and develop new processes and procedures in the department. You will also be required to run some key Powertrain meetings and ensure minutes are captured and shared.
What You Will Need
You will support agile roll out within powertrain engineering, whilst facilitating training in agile methodologies. You will deploy technical practices as well as providing technical guidance on strategic items. It is imperative you have an analytical mindset as you will need to understand technological customer requirements as well as possessing the ability to conduct complex research into new and emerging powertrain technologies. You will develop processes and reports to ensure consistent and robust delivery of technology requirements.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- An understanding of engineering technologies, specifically powertrain technologies and electrification.
- Degree / HNC/ HND in a related engineering discipline.
- Experience with design thinking techniques and agile methodologies.
