We know uni life's a bit mad, isn't it? Between lectures, essays, and trying to have a social life, keeping healthy and feeling good can take a back seat. But, looking after ourselves is dead important, especially with everything we've got on. So, I'm keen to know: What's your best trick for staying on top of your health and wellness while at uni? Maybe it's a quick walk, a favourite healthy snack, or something to help you relax and unwind. I'm looking for simple things we can all try to make life a bit easier.
