Belfast-based online trade printer Quinnstheprinters.com has launched a national billboard design competition for students in the UK and Ireland.

 Talented students from across the UK and Ireland will be able to enter their artwork via Quinnstheprinters.com’s website as of 30th May for the chance of winning a billboard placement anywhere in the UK.

Belfast-based Quinnstheprinters.com are one of Northern Ireland’s largest export businesses. With 30 pallets of paper used per week they currently move 3,600 tonnes of paper a year, sending a total of 185,000+ parcels annually, making them one of the UK and Ireland’s fastest-growing trade printers.

Peter Bradley said that he hoped that the opportunity would help prospective graduates showcase themselves and their creativity in order to find work in a particularly trying job market.

“We hope this competition will give students a chance to display their professional skills to future employers – like a giant CV on the streets of London. With it being more difficult than ever for these graduates to find professional work after leaving school, we think it’s important to showcase their amazing talent.”

Bradley Group was formed late last year and is now comprised of Quinnstheprinters.com, Mannin Group and software development arm Quinnsdevelopment.

Entries close on 1st July, when 5 finalists will be chosen by the Bradley Group and forwarded to a public vote.
